We operate an independent, vendor-agnostic thermal laboratory providing physical training seminars, dielectric fluid validation, and closed-loop hydraulic design for mining infrastructure engineers.
From Thermal Inefficiencies to Rigorous Laboratory Practice
Focus Connect Core was founded in 2019 in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, by mechanical engineer Kang Dohyun. During the rapid expansion of cryptocurrency mining facilities across East Asia between 2017 and 2019, operators faced massive cooling challenges: howling high-RPM axial fans, catastrophic dust accumulation in agricultural regions, and severe mid-summer thermal throttling when ambient temperatures exceeded 34°C.
Recognizing that single-phase dielectric fluid immersion presented the only permanent solution to acoustic, thermal, and electrical inefficiencies, Focus Connect Core established an empirical testing laboratory in Yangchon-eup. Rather than selling proprietary hardware tanks, we dedicated our facility to open-source engineering education, hydraulic research, and hands-on professional seminars.
Over seven years of continuous operation, our laboratory has trained hundreds of infrastructure technicians, data center engineers, and agricultural heating partners from across South Korea and international regions.

Vendor-Agnostic Objectivity
We do not manufacture or sell commercial immersion tanks. This independence ensures that our fluid evaluations, heat exchanger sizing, and pump selections are based strictly on physics, durability, and cost efficiency.
Direct Physical Execution
We believe thermodynamics cannot be mastered through slideshows alone. Every participant works directly with torque wrenches, dielectric oils, ASTM test cells, and energized hashing hardware on our test benches.
Circular Thermal Stewardship
Discharging 65°C mining exhaust into the atmosphere is an economic waste. We actively champion hydronic secondary recovery systems that channel thermal energy into winter agriculture, soil warming, and building heat.
