Founded in 2019, our Gimpo laboratory provides the physical testing apparatus required to validate immersion cooling designs before investing capital in commercial deployments.
Students and visiting engineering teams do not merely review computer simulations—they operate high-voltage test cells, measure pressure drops across real brazed plate heat exchangers, and study fluid thermal convection in full optical acrylic viewing tanks.

1. 120kW Immersion Bench
Multi-tank continuous immersion test platform equipped with transparent acrylic sidewalls, bottom-entry calibrated diffusers, and 36 live ASIC hashboards for visual flow vector tracking.

2. ASTM Breakdown & Chemistry Bench
Analytical testing station for evaluating fluid purity, moisture ingress, and dielectric breakdown voltage according to international standards.
- ASTM D877 & D1816 oil breakdown test cell (up to 60kV)
- Kinematic viscometer capillary baths at 40°C and 100°C
- Karl Fischer coulometric moisture titrator
3. Hydronic Heat Recapture Loop
Secondary heat extraction system transferring 60°C–70°C waste thermal energy from the primary dielectric circuit to simulated radiant floor and greenhouse heating manifolds.
