Laboratory Execution Process
Breakdown & Purity Testing
Test fresh vs degraded dielectric fluid samples under 50kV test electrodes to measure dielectric strength and resistivity.
Contaminant Remediation
Operate 1-micron particulate filtration units and vacuum dehydration modules to restore dielectric purity in contaminated oil samples.
Elastomer & Cable Verification
Evaluate cable sleeving, thermal interface pads, and seal degradation under accelerated 80°C hot-fluid soak tests.
Certified Technical Outcome
