1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Client", "Participant", or "You") and Focus Connect Core ("Focus Connect Core", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to our website (focus-connectcore.click), registration for technical seminars, attendance at our Gimpo thermal laboratory, and engagement of engineering advisory services.

2. Educational & Advisory Scope

Focus Connect Core provides specialized engineering seminars, thermodynamic training, laboratory demonstrations, and diagnostic consulting relating to single-phase dielectric fluid immersion cooling and hydronic heat recapture. We do not operate as an electrical utility, civil construction firm, or licensed hardware retailer. All calculations, blueprints, and curriculum handbooks provided during seminars are educational engineering references intended for qualified technical personnel.

3. Laboratory Safety & On-Site Conduct

Attendance at the Gimpo Thermal Testing & Immersion Laboratory requires strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols:

• Participants must wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety eyewear and non-conductive footwear, in designated test bench areas.
• Operating energized high-voltage 380V/220V electrical gear or touching high-temperature fluid loops (above 60°C) is permitted only under direct supervision of laboratory faculty.
• Focus Connect Core reserves the right to immediately dismiss any attendee engaging in hazardous, non-compliant, or disruptive behavior without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational course materials, proprietary hydraulic calculation worksheets, laboratory manuals, schematics, and digital publications provided by Focus Connect Core remain the exclusive intellectual property of Focus Connect Core. Participants receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their organization's internal facility operations. Commercial resale, public redistribution, or unauthorized duplication is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our thermodynamic formulas and hydraulic models reflect rigorous engineering principles, Focus Connect Core shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the subsequent physical implementation of immersion tanks, electrical retrofits, or plumbing modifications executed by participants at their own facilities. Facilities must ensure all local civil, structural, and electrical building codes are certified by local licensed engineers.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to our educational seminars or advisory services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea). Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
