How We Deliver Engineering Training

Every course follows a strict physical-first pedagogical framework combining thermodynamic calculation with real bench execution.

1. Physical Hardware Teardown

Participants work with actual Antminer and Whatsminer hashing boards, stripping thermal interfaces, installing fluid-resistant seals, and wiring fan spoofers.

2. Live Thermal Load Testing

All experiments run on energized 40kW immersion tanks. Students measure real-time fluid velocity, delta-T across heat exchanger plates, and chip thermal profiles.

3. Stamped Blueprint Handouts

Attendees leave with verifiable CAD schematics, hydraulic pump sizing formulas, and dielectric fluid chemical management checklists for their own facilities.
